Group Life Assurance

Your employer has chosen to provide you with life assurance benefit as part of your employee benefits package.  Details of the cover is provided below.

Benefit level provided 3 x basic annual salary / lump sum of £
Cover commencement Cover commences on day 1 of employment with (company name).
Cover ceasing Cover continues until you either leave the company’s employment or age 70.
Nomination of beneficiary It is advisable to nominate a beneficiary for this benefit in the event of your death (expand further on why).  You should also review your nomination on a regular basis.  To download a nomination form click here.  Once completed, this should then be completed and passed to your HR Department.
